Our experienced clinical team at Est-Ethics Clinic is continuously reviewing the latest academic and Governmental guidance on preventive measures for the virus and ensure a hygienic, safe environment.
Your safety and health is our priority so please read the guidance below before visiting our premises.
If you are showing any symptoms:
If you are feeling unwell or showing any signs of COVID19
- aches and pains
- loss of taste or smell
please inform us immediately, however, close it may be to your appointment.
We would be most happy to re-book you in at a convenient time for you free of charge.
We ask the same to all of our team, if they feel unwell or show any symptoms, they will stay in their households.
At your appointment:
We will welcome you with our smiles rather than handshakes and hugs. Feel free to offer a fist bump if you are in the mood!
You will be required to wear a face-covering at all times (except during your treatment) whilst you are at the clinic. If you don’t have one, no problems at all, just let us know at the reception and we will provide you with one.
Please use the provided hand sanitiser as soon as you enter The Clinic.
We will carry out a temperature check at your arrival with a touchless thermometer.
We have ample space in our waiting areas to be able to adhere to social distancing measures. Please ask a member of staff if you’re unsure.
We are happy to offer you cold, bottled refreshments while you wait but unfortunately, we won’t be able to serve you any hot beverage at present.
We removed all the paper magazines and reading material from our waiting rooms. Unfortunately, our lovely skincare testers also had to be removed for your safety.
We can handle contactless payment via your card, watch or mobile phone and would encourage you to use this. However, we can still accept cash. Your receipt will be sent to you automatically.
During your treatment:
Our team members will be wearing PPE in accordance with the risks of the treatments you will undergo. This may include masks, face-shields, aprons and gloves. All our staff is experienced in infection control measures and we hold regular update meetings about the latest COVID19 clinical guidance.
We have replaced our cushy and soft towels and linens with single-use products. A compromise well worth for your safety.
We work with professional service providers that regularly deep-clean our facilities with the recommended anti-viral cleaning products.
We have revised our already thorough cleaning protocol to accommodate extra cleaning measures throughout the day that includes sanitising all the touchpoints in between patients.
Please regularly check our guidance as recommendations are updated regularly and we do our best to follow the official guidance to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients.
